Zero Tolerance for Harmful Content
The Dank Streaming Platform is designed to empower verified, high-quality creators and foster vibrant live communities. Broadcasters and viewers must strictly adhere to the standards outlined below. Violations result in immediate suspension, CIV revocation, or permanent banning.
1. Strictly Prohibited Broadcast Content
You may not broadcast, upload, stream, or transmit any media that contains, encourages, or depicts:
Violence & Self-Harm: Physical violence, self-injury, suicide encouragement, graphic bloodshed, animal cruelty, or extreme dangerous acts that risk life or severe bodily injury.
Hate Speech & Discrimination: Content that attacks, demeans, incites violence against, or promotes hatred based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
Sexually Explicit Media: Pornography, acts of sexual violence, non-consensual sexual media, or any form of child sexual abuse material (CSAM), which will be reported immediately to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and federal law enforcement.
Terrorism & Extremism: Content promoting violent extremist organizations, acts of terror, or recruiting for unlawful paramilitary groups.
Harassment & Doxxing: Stalking, targeted bullying, releasing private personal information (doxxing), or coordinating targeted raids against other individuals.
Intellectual Property Piracy: Restreaming pay-per-view broadcasts, broadcast television feeds, copyrighted films, or unauthorized professional sporting events.
2. Broadcaster Ingest Integrity & Stream Security
Approved broadcasters holding Cryptographic Invite Vouchers must adhere to technical stream hygiene:
Stream Key Confidentiality: Broadcasters must never reveal, share, or sell their cryptographic stream keys. Any stream originating from your stream key is your sole responsibility.
Artificial Metric Inflation: Utilizing view-bots, chat-bots, fake viewer farms, or automated scripts to artificially inflate concurrent viewer metrics or chat volume is strictly prohibited.
Infrastructure Attacks: Attempting to overwhelm ingest endpoints (RTMP/WHIP), bypass rate limiters, probe internal Docker networks, or execute denial of service attacks against media nodes will result in immediate criminal referral.
3. Live Chat & Community Behavior
Participation in live channel chat rooms requires adherence to community decency:
No automated spamming, copypasta floods, or ascii art floods designed to disrupt chat readability.
No distribution of malicious hyperlinks, phishing portals, malware payloads, or exploit scripts.
No impersonation of platform administrators, PsyData Labs staff, or other broadcasters.
Compliance with individual channel moderation rules established by the channel broadcaster.
4. Automated Filtering & Moderation Enforcement
Our chat engine employs real-time token-bucket rate limiters and regex pattern analyzers. Messages that violate prohibited language filters will be automatically dropped. Broadcasters and authorized moderators have the authority to issue temporary chat timeouts (10 minutes) or channel bans, and platform administrators retain full authority to execute global platform bans.
